Are you a veteran or military service member interested in rowing or kayaking? Now you can try both for free at the Greater Hartford Jaycees Community Boathouse in Riverside Park, thanks to Riverfront Recapture, Connecticut Adaptive Rowing Program (CARP) and Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital.
