Organizational development is key to realizing SINA’s mission. Incorporating a robust staff and board development component assists in our efforts to help the greater community achieve its full potential.

The organization’s strategic plan calls for SINA staff to participate in a range of training activities aimed at increasing efficiency and strengthening skill sets. SINA also actively promotes opportunities for community organizations and neighborhood leaders to increase their effectiveness. An example of this is SINA’s participation in the Latino Endowment Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.
