Executive Director
As of January 1, 2025, Logan Singerman serves as the Executive Director of SINA. Logan has been a part of SINA since 2018, having previously held roles as SINA’s Director of Community Partnerships and Policy Analyst. Throughout his tenure, he has been involved in a wide range of community-driven initiatives, including overseeing SAFE (Safety Alliance for Everyone), a coalition addressing blight and safety issues through grassroots action.
Logan’s leadership of SAFE resulted in significant projects, such as the coordination of six clean-up competitions from 2018 to 2019, which engaged over 350 volunteers. He also helped secure a Love Your Block grant to install a mural on Wolcott Street, which was developed through community conversations. Additionally, SAFE hosted a Holiday Decoration Competition and two family movie days at Trinity College, with one event reaching over 15,000 people via social media.
Before joining SINA full-time, Logan worked as the Director of Outreach Ministries at Center Church, where he assisted 900 community members each year in navigating resources and oversaw the distribution of over $600,000 in assistance. He also served for three years as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Hands on Hartford and Hartford City Hall with the North Hartford Promise Zone.
Logan holds a BA in Christian Ministries from Messiah College and completed a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) at the University of Connecticut.
