SINA’s Educational Coordinator and Program Manager, Linda is also the face and voice that greets our community partners and others when they call or stop by the SINA office. Linda began as a Summer Youth Program placement by the Connecticut Puerto Rican Forum (now known as Center for Latino Progress). Linda worked her way up while completing her college education with a concentration in Visual Communications.

When Linda started it was a pleasant surprise to discover that she was recognized previously by SINA’s Scholar of the Month program. Born and raised in Hartford, she obtained her high school diploma from Bulkeley High School. Linda continued her education at Gibbs College for an Associate’s degree in Applied Science/Visual Communication. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Visual Communication with a focus in Web Design from American InterContinental University (AIU) Online. As a college student, Linda had the opportunity to go to London for a semester through the AIU Study Abroad Program.

Linda is a member of SINA’s REACH Committee and volunteers for activities that are community-related. She sits on the Maria Sanchez School’s SGC and is a Cinestudio board member.
