The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (“NACA”) is a nonprofit community advocacy organization offering “100% financing for home purchase with no closing cost, points or fees, no PMI and no credit score requirement”. NACA’s is hosting a Homebuyer Workshop for their mortgage purchase program at the Hartford Public Libary on October 7th.
