Join the Connecticut Historical Society on Sat. August 3rd for a celebration of National Booklover’s Day as they travel through time. Enjoy special readings of Mark Twain’s newly discovered children’s book “The Purloining of Prince Oleomargarine” at 10:15, 11:15, and 12:15, and then create your own book that tells the story of you. You can also visit the book nook and explore history through children’s picture books. This program is free and great for children ages 4 and up.
