Build up yourself to build up your community!

The Hartford Leadership Academy (HLA) is a 10-week investment in you as a leader, to help you grow as a person and be better able to invest back in your community. During the academy, you will build strong relationships with other Hartford residents and be introduced to people making changes around the city. You will receive coaching sessions to help you pursue your next personal and professional goal. You will learn your leadership style, how to work with a team, map assets in the neighborhood, and work with a group of others to implement a project addressing an issue you are passionate about.
