There is a lot going on this Saturday, September 23rd. There will be various events on Trinity College campus that are open to the community and public plus book giveaways at First Book event at the Convention Center.

- 10 am – 3pm: First Book event @ the CT Convention Center (100 Columbus Blvd)
Please join the Hartford Federation of Paraeducators (HFP) and the Hartford Public Library (HPL) in celebrating a day of book gifting in our community! Thanks to the Dalio Foundation and AFT, they will be distributing over 50,000 books through the First Book Marketplace. - 1 pm – 4pm: Men of Color Alliance’s (MOCA) Community Harvest Bash @ Trinfo.Cafe (1300 Broad Street)
Enjoy gardening in our community garden, get some garden goodies, see some student performers and enjoy popcorn, snow cones and cotton candy! - 2 pm – 5 pm: Trinfo.Cafe’s Open House @ Trinfo.Cafe’s (1300 Broad Street)
Learn about Trinfo.Cafe’s services and give your input on what Trinfo’s services can look like! - 4 pm – 8 pm: DEI Block Party @ Washington Room at Mather Hall on summit street (moved from Vernon due to weather)
