Hall of Fame Coach Jim Calhoun and ShopRite are giving away 500 frozen turkeys and a full holiday meal to families in need on a first come, first serve basis.
This food will be distributed on
Monday, December 15, 2014
from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Pope Park Recreation Center
30 Pope Park Drive in Hartford
These are frozen turkeys and other packaged food items to make at home, not a hot food serving line.
Your free holiday dinner will include:
- Frozen Turkey
- 5 lb. bag of potatoes
- ShopRite Stuffing
- ShopRite Turkey Gravy
- ShopRite Corn
- ShopRite Green Beans
- ShopRite Cranberry Sauce
- Omar Coffee
You must pick up your holiday dinner in person at Pope Park Recreation Center on December 15th.
Only one holiday dinner per person/family. The same person cannot pick up several dinners for different people.
