The Department of Health and Human Services Grandparents Program is organizing its 12th Annual Grandparents Day Family Fair!
This event is dedicated to the thousands of families in our great city and across Connecticut in which non-parental relatives take on the responsibility of caring for children. The event will be held on Saturday, September 27th, 2014 from 11:00AM-3:00PM by the pavilion at Bushnell Park. The Grandparents Day Family Fair is filled with games, arts & crafts, inflatable bouncers, and other fun family activities, as well as the opportunity to learn about intervention services, support services, health screenings, youth programming, parenting support, education, and various other programs and services within the community to assist families.
