As SINA’s Chief Financial Officer, Keith oversees all financial functions for SINA and its many business entities, including but not limited to bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, budgeting, analysis, preparing tax returns for the SINA entities and presiding its our financial statement audits.

Much of Keith’s duties involve the management of grants that SINA receives to fund its many initiatives. With more than twenty years of accounting experience in the public, private and now not for profit fields, Keith commands a keen accounting sense needed to manage the wide variety of financial functions SINA enters into while implementing its comprehensive neighborhood renewal strategy.

Keith’s abilities were highlighted during the period when SINA oversaw the construction of the $100 million Learning Corridor, all funding for which flowed through its offices. Keith is a CPA, holds a BS with honors from American International College, graduated from the accounting program at the Morse School of Business, attended the University of Maine and is a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society.
